Infinity offers complete installation, start-up, and training assistance with all of its machinery.  Infinity's technicians are trained on all of the mechanical and electrical systems of its machinery, and are accustomed to working in a fast paced, production driven environment.  We understand that every bit of down-time directly affects our customer's bottom line, and we strive to install and service our machinery with expedience, competence, and with the ultimate goal of creating an efficient system.

All of our technicians carry mobile phones, and can be reached 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.  We also offer remote dianostics with our machinery so that we can access the PLC from our offices in Green Bay.  This saves time, money, and ensures the maximum amount of machine up-time.

We work with upstream and downstream OEM companies to ensure an overall efficient and balanced operation.  Whether we provide the total packaging system or not, we are open and available to work with other vendors to create a successful line.
