Casepacker/Bundler

The Infinity Infusion 2.1 Automatic Casepacker/Bundler combination unit is designed to automatically erect a KD, collate the incoming product, fill a case, and discharge onto a live roller conveyor...or upend the product, feed poly through an adjustable former, seal and cut the ends of the package, and discharge a bundle onto a live roller conveyor. The servo diverting infeed system is utilized for both the casepacker and bundler modules, and thus the infeed conveyor feeding this unit remains fixed. Utilizing this modular design, along with quick connection plugs and intelligent programming, there is very minimal changeover required between the two. This machine is designed to pack or bundle roll tissue, roll towel, folded towel, JBT, HRT, diapers, or napkin configurations (others available upon request)
